Shipping Rates & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking.
Canada — Free on orders over $300 CAD. 1–7 business days.
United States — Free on orders over $300 USD. 3–7 business days.
United Kingdom — Free on orders over £160. 5–7 business days.
Rest of world — Free on orders over $300 CAD. 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout in your local currency. Customs can occasionally extend international delivery times; Spencer Badu is not responsible for customs delays.
Duties & Import Taxes
All duties and import taxes are covered by Spencer Badu, so there are no extra charges on delivery.
Returns
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are:
- Unused, unaltered and unwashed
- Returned with original tags and packaging
Sale items are final sale and can’t be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Spencer Badu may reject returns that don’t meet this policy and send them back to the original address.
International Returns
Email info@spencerbadu.com for a return authorisation code and instructions. We recommend a tracked, insured courier, as we can’t be responsible for parcels lost or damaged on the way back to us.
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size or style of equal or lesser value, email info@spencerbadu.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the item you’d like. We’ll confirm availability and send return instructions, then ship your replacement once we receive and inspect the item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, allow 5–7 business days for the refund to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email info@spencerbadu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right.
