Pre-Order Policy

Spencer Badu is a unisex fashion label with an emphasis on uniform, futurism, and genderless clothing.

Our pre-order policy is quite simple - for a limited time, we will offer every size for unlimited pre-order. Order a piece for yourself, a friend, partner and we will fulfill the order within 4-6 weeks. Pre-ordering helps us reduce waste and ensure that production corresponds with demand.


DELIVERY

  • Your Spencer Badu item is guaranteed to arrive 4-6 weeks from date of order
  • Please double-check the delivery address and email to ensure that we can notify you once the item has shipped or ready for pick-up at our studio located in Downtown Toronto.
  • You will receive a Canada Post, USPS, DHL tracking number once shipped. If you live in Toronto/GTA and requested pick-up, you will receive a pick-up notification via email once ready.

SCHEDULE

  • We cannot guarantee a specific date of delivery due to shipping, COVID-19, and the unpredictableness of the world right now but you can expect items by 4-6 weeks from date of purchase. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance, we will notify you by email (please ensure you have the correct email address when you order).

PAYMENT

  • Your payment will be processed immediately
  • Pre-ordering an item requires payment in full at checkout. This includes the payment of item, shipment, and taxes. 

REFUND/CANCELLATION

  • No refunds or cancellations. If you’d like to make a change to order (i.e. incorrect delivery address or email), please contact us immediately with your order number and the correct information.

How does pre-ordering work? 

Place an order for an item with the correct delivery address and email, here. Wait 4 to 6 weeks. Once your order is placed, you agree to the terms and conditions above. We will ensure to fulfill your order on-time.

When will I receive my order?

Within 4-6 weeks from the date of order. We expect no changes to this delivery timeline. If any delays do arise, you will be the first to know
