Refund policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Canada — Free — 1–7 business days (Expedited) or 1–2 business days via UPS
  • United States — Free — 3–7 business days via DHL Express
  • International — Free — 5–7 business days via DHL Express

Delays at customs can occasionally extend international delivery times. Spencer Badu is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Duties & Import Taxes

All duties and import taxes are covered by Spencer Badu. There are no surprise charges upon delivery — what you see at checkout is what you pay. We handle duties and import fees on your behalf so you can shop from anywhere in the world with confidence.


Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Returned within 14 days of your delivery date
  • In its original, unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging intact

Spencer Badu reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy. Items that fail to meet the above criteria may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Spencer Badu does not cover the cost of return shipping for domestic or international orders.


International Returns

To initiate an international return, email info@spencerbadu.com to request a return authorisation code and return instructions.

As Spencer Badu does not bear responsibility for international return shipments, we strongly recommend using a well-established courier and insuring your package with a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.


Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style of equal or lesser value. Here's how it works:

  1. Email info@spencerbadu.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange
  2. We'll confirm availability and send you return instructions
  3. Ship your item back in its original, unworn condition
  4. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll dispatch your replacement

We recommend exchanges over returns — it's faster and ensures you get exactly what you want.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for your refund to be processed to your original payment method.

You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, please email info@spencerbadu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll make it right immediately.
